MyBargainJewels Return Policy
MyBargainJewels.com provides the following return policy and procedure. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise in its original condition (new, undamaged and unworn) within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Please allow for sufficient transit time when shipping back merchandise and note that specially ordered merchandise is non-refundable. Please follow these steps to return your merchandise:
1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) for your merchandise return and shipping details. Include your RAN on your original invoice.
2. Include all original packaging with the merchandise, along with original invoice, original bar tag, any accompanying materials and a short note explaining the reason for your return. Clearly mark your RAN on the outside of the shipping box on the front side. For security reasons, do not write MyBargainJewels anywhere on the outside of the box.
3. Send your merchandise to us via US Postal Service Registered Insured Mail. Insure the package for the full value of your purchase. Retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned merchandise.
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges), less our initial shipping and insurance costs, will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds for orders paid by credit card will be refunded to original credit card account. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All other refunds will be refunded by company check.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer, you may exchange your original item for another selection, provided they are returned within 30 days of the original date of sale. Include the new item number you would like to exchange for on your invoice and follow the same instructions as a return. Pay the difference if exchanging for a higher price or we will credit you for a lesser price. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
Incorrect or Damaged Items Policy
If the incorrect merchandise was sent to you or your merchandise was damaged in shipment, we will happily exchange your order. If your item is damaged through shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier to arrange for an inspection and then notify us. We will refund the shipping back to us.
Cancel or Refusal Policy
If you cancel your order, there is $10 cancellation fee. If you refuse delivery of your order, the returned package will be processed as a normal return and you will be assessed the appropriate restocking fee. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges and fees. Orders that are refused or are returned by the courier due to their inability to deliver the package (invalid address, receiver unavailable, etc.) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. |
